MEET OUR FOUNDER:

Siobhan Malcolm, a native of New York with Jamaican roots, is a distinguished Supply Chain Management professional, with a robust corporate background. Recognized for her expertise in Over-the-Counter (OTC) medicine and Skin-Health Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) products, her specialization extends to Pain, Oral Care, Allergy, and Digestive Health categories. Siobhan is widely known for her strong leadership, analytical prowess, innovative thinking, and her remarkable ability to challenge the status quo in her field.

Currently holding the position of North America Operations E-Commerce Capabilities Manager for Johnson and Johnson Consumer Health, Siobhan has contributed her skills to her past organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Panasonic, and Jabil. She has also shared her knowledge as an adjunct professor at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, showcasing her passion for shaping the next generation of professionals.

Siobhan's academic journey is marked by a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Marketing and Management from Johnson and Wales University, in Providence, RI, highlighting her dedication to academic excellence. She further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at her alma mater, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Siobhan is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, and the National Black MBA. Serving on the National Educational Advisory Committee for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association further exemplifies her commitment to industry advancement.

In 2018, Siobhan founded Labor of Love Youth Development Foundation, Inc., a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, that aims to promote diversity and inclusivity in STEM education and careers, reflecting Siobhan's passion for STEM and her belief in its applicability across all industries. Beyond her professional endeavors, Siobhan defines her role as a mother as her favorite job, revealing her multifaceted expertise and unwavering passion for making a positive impact.

Looking ahead, Siobhan plans to pursue her Doctorate in Public Health, solidifying her position as a distinguished professional committed to continuous growth, innovation, and contributions to public health initiatives.
